Once you’ve gathered enough resources to construct structures, it’s time to build your own Base. This will serve as your primary location and act as your Home. To build your base, just follow these three simple steps:
Step 1: Find an unclaimed L-Point in space. Press F3 and look for a location with “L-Point” in its name, for example, P2L6 [L-Point]. Select it and warp to that location.
Step 2: Start by building portable Printers, storage units, refuge, and refineries to eventually have all of the input materials needed for a Network Node.
Step 3: Once a Network Node has been established, expand your base as you see fit. Note that fuel in the Network Node powers all deployables in its vicinity.
You now have a fully operational base you can call home!
