Pre-mining Checklist:
- Ensure your ship is fueled up.
- Fit a Mining Cutter.
- Attach a Mining Lens.
- Consider "Cargo Grids" to expand your ship's storage. (Optional)
- Install a weapon for defense. (Optional)
Steps for Mining Asteroids:
- Locate your nearest asteroid site and warp to it.
- Select a nearby asteroid and click Approach.
- When within range, lock the asteroid as a target.
- Start mining by clicking your mining module or using the hotkey for the module.
Note: Once you have filled up your cargo hold, either unload the contents in a Keep, your storage unit, or other deployables at your base.
