All purchases made in the EVE Frontier store are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the EVE Frontier Terms of Service (ToS). Please note that refund rights may vary depending on the laws applicable in the player’s country or region of residence.
Refunds or other compensation will not be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with the game, gameplay mechanics, game balance, progression, or other subjective experiences.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
Refunds may be processed as a rare exception in case of game errors such as:
- Duplicate or double charges.
If a purchase has failed to deliver to your account, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
To request a refund, please submit a support request with the following information:
- A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Your account information (your e-mail address, character name, etc).
- Proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or transaction details).
- Your Discord ID linked to your Founders Access account.
Our support team will review your request and if it is approved, process the refund using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can take up to 7 business days.
